Pay & Schedule 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM $16.00 per hour 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM $16.75 per hour Bonus Opportunity Receive a $1.00 per hour pay increase when hired on by the client company. Requirements for the Rubber Molder High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings Rubber Molder Responsibilities As a Rubber Molder, you will play an important role in producing high-quality molded rubber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:
