Job Description

Regional Director of Clinical Services Vitality Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support across our communities. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader who enjoys mentoring others, improving clinical outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making a meaningful impact across multiple locations. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Weekends and holidays as needed based on organizational needs. Approximately 50% travel to assigned communities. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to assigned communities. Ensure high-quality care and services are delivered in accordance with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and company standards. Support and mentor Executive Directors, RNs, and clinical leadership teams. Conduct clinical and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support clinical education, training, competency evaluations, and staff development. Maintain knowledge of Minnesota Department of Health regulations, 144G requirements, and applicable federal and state laws. Troubleshoot challenges and develop solutions to support residents, communities, and clinical teams. Monitor clinical outcomes and support initiatives focused on quality improvement. Provide leadership and support during emergencies, outbreaks, and other clinical events. Assist with root cause analysis and prevention strategies following adverse incidents. Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, county case managers, and other referral sources. Partner with community leadership to support census growth, admissions, service opportunities, and business performance. Support initiatives that improve customer service, efficiency, and workforce development. Qualifications Current RN license in the State of Minnesota. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience. Experience supporting multiple facilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must meet Minnesota DHS background study requirements.
