Masis Staffing Solutions is now hiring General Labor Workers / Kitting Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing and warehouse facility in Brooklyn Park, MN . What You'll Do as a General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly Assemble and kit cardboard display products. Package finished products for shipment. Pick and prepare customer orders.

Use basic warehouse tools including:

Tape gun Manual pallet jack Box cutter Plastic hammer Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow quality standards and safety procedures. Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed. What We're Looking for General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Physical Requirements as a General Labor Worker / Kitting Assembly Stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks. Occasionally sit when needed. Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs frequently . Good vision, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Experience Preferred but not required.
