2992010896-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Ampac Holdings, LLC is seeking an Inspector Packer to support ProAmpac's high-volume flexible packaging operations. In this role, you will inspect printed film, pouches, and bags for defects, verify labels and counts, and accurately package finished product per specifications. You will operate basic packing equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, complete production and quality records, and assist with line changeovers and housekeeping. Working with a collaborative team, you'll help maintain high standards of operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Inspect flexible packaging, film, and bags for visual and dimensional defects Verify product labels, counts, and packaging against work orders Package finished goods according to specifications and customer requirements Operate basic line and packing equipment safely and efficiently Document inspection results and production data accurately Follow all plant safety, quality, and GMP procedures Assist with line changeovers, material handling, and staging product Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5 S/continuous improvement Communicate quality or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Work collaboratively with production teams to meet output and quality targets Required Skills Quality inspection Packaging operations Basic machine operation Measurement tools use Basic math and counting Reading work orders and specs GMP/quality procedures Safety and PPE compliance Recordkeeping and documentation Teamwork and communication
