• Shakopee, MN Masis Staffing Solutions has partnered with a printing company in Shakopee, MN and is hiring Picker/Packers! This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing printed products and materials for shipment. Schedule 1st Shift
• Choose from: 5:00 AM
• 1:00 PM 6:00 AM
• 2:00 PM Job Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications.

Pack a variety of printed materials and print-related products for shipment. Count, sort, and organize products to ensure orders are complete and accurate. Assemble finished products into boxes, containers, or other packaging for shipping. Place, arrange, seal, mark, and tag items on pallets and in containers or bins. Consolidate multiple items into complete customer orders according to instructions. Apply labels and ensure accurate shipping information is attached to each package. Prepare completed orders for shipment according to the required schedule. Inspect orders for accuracy before packaging and shipping. Handle boxes and finished products safely throughout the picking and packing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous picking, packing, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to follow written instructions and detailed order specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and sort products. Basic math skills, including the ability to count, measure, and weigh products. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to bend, lift, twist, and climb as needed. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 45-50 pounds .
