Shakopee, MN Job Details Temporary | Full-time $19.00 - $29.07 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Packing Computer literacy Basic math Warehouse management system High school diploma or GED Materials handling Full Job Description Job Overview This seasonal position in the Distribution area of the Materials Management Team supports increased operational demands during peak periods by stocking, kitting, and picking materials for customer fulfillment operations. As the final stop before an order leaves our facility, this temporary shipping role represents the crucial first impression for the hearing professional or end user.

Duties Pick:

Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP's, etc. Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and accurately consuming the material in the system Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process Replenish items to maintain inventory Verify printed patient copy contains all required information Troubleshoot pick tickets Ability to read and understand a MQR card Review the custom order form including any change orders Enter information into Microsoft Excel Pack Ship to company standards and goals Pack out all levels Ability to read and understand a Pick Ticket & Shipping Documents Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies Confirm accuracy of orders Ship product through multiple carriers (international, ground, express, USPS, etc.) as required Skills Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management processes Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and packing with attention to safety standards Excellent order picking & packing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control measures Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, load & unload activities, and warehouse distribution workflows Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculation Competencies Follow all written and verbal instructions

Read, Write, and Speak English Desired Qualifications Required Education:

High School Diploma/GED Preferred Education:

Basic computer experience preferred Previous shipping experience preferred
