Production Packaging and Assembly Personnel The KFI Products division at Kappers Fabricating, Inc., a family owned and operated company, seeks professional, dependable and detail-oriented individuals for our General Assembly positions. Responsibilities Packaging products neatly and to prevent product damage during shipping Assembling products per print Prepare and complete orders for stock or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Perform inventory cycle counts and provide other area support as needed Report any discrepancies Complete product and warehouse logs accurately Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Good with numbers Ability to maintain high level of accurate documentation Some positions require the ability to frequently lift 25 pounds Knowledge of packing materials and shipping requirements Ability to follow established work schedule and procedures Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Benefits Healthcare and Dental package A competitive 401K package Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Safety and attendance Bonus This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented
