Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator specializing in Order Picking and Parcel Shipping to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while operating a stand up cherry picker and warehouse management systems. Your expertise will ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely shipping, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy and quality control. Responsibilities Primary responsibility to fill customer orders that are item and quantity specific, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Will also be required to pull merchandise for replenishment purposes in a timely and efficient manner. Operate mandated power equipment in a safe, controlled manner Ship cartons at the shipping station and load into trailer. Be able to run a computer and scan equipment. Maintain housekeeping on all aisles and rack locations (keep empty pallets out of aisles and racks as well as trash and merchandise) Fill out daily operational checklist Report all accidents to management immediately Will be required to work away from machine operations Fill orders accurately and timely Perform all other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and computer skills Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Must pass U.S. Toy Co. forklift training program and driving test Must pass drug screen No physical disabilities which might preclude lifting and standing for long periods of time and/or safe operation of the equipment The ability to follow instruction and detailed oriented The ability to work under limited supervision The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience operating material handling equipment - emphasis on Order Picker Understand warehouse numbering logic Must be comfortable with heights up to 30 feet when harnessed to a Stand Up Cherry Picker Must be able to lift a weighted average of 35 lbs. to occasionally 50 lbs.

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
