$16.00 per hour PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Tape Rewind Operators for a manufacturing facility in Park Hills, MO. This position is responsible for operating rewind equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and ensuring production quality standards are met. Job Duties Operate tape rewind machines safely and efficiently Read and follow production orders, specifications, and work instructions Monitor product quality throughout the production process Inspect tape rolls for defects, damage, and proper measurements Accurately measure materials using rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain production counts and complete required documentation Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to use measuring tools and record production information Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Stand for the entire shift Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Work around machinery, industrial noise, and varying temperatures Why Work for PROMAN Staffing?
