• We Mean Business Summary The Packaging Support team member is responsible for efficiently packaging product inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This role counts, labels, assembles, bags, and boxes a variety of items into final product packaging, performs basic visual inspections, and reports any product or equipment issues or quantity/quality discrepancies to supervisors. The Packaging Support team member also helps keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and works collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities Open availability for 40 hours a week of work, specially M-Th

• 4 10/hr shifts Packaging product inventory in an efficient and effective manner Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees Perform basic visual quality inspections on products Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product Perform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
