This temp-to-hire position offers a variety of duties in both the warehouse and finishing departments, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.

RequirementsAbility to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 55 poundsPrevious warehouse or distribution center experience preferredForklift experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learnDependable attendance and strong work ethicGED preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse & Finish Worker, you will support both warehouse operations and finishing processes.

Duties may include:

Receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents against packing slips and invoicesUnloading trucks and moving materials to designated storage areasUsing pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to transport materialsPicking and packing customer orders accurately and efficientlyPreparing shipping labels and documentation for outbound shipmentsAssisting in the finish department with finish sanding, primer application, and related production tasksMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing all safety procedures and quality standardsApply online today or contact the Penmac Staffing Springfield, MO office for more information about this Warehouse & Finish Worker opportunity.
