At Harry Cooper Supply, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking fulltime Warehouse Associates to join our team. Serving the community for over a century, Harry Cooper Supply is your family owned supply house for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs.

Duties:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use a warehouse management system to locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
• Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Utilize heavy equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items as needed.
• Package orders according to company standards, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and protected.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and update records in the warehouse management system.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and locate items within the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and carry items of varying weights up to a maximum of 100 lbs.
