Responsibilities include:

Responsible for transporting all raw material to machine Load finished product for shipping Follow standardized work procedures and all required safety practices Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment Communicate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous production Help reduce wasted time and materials while meeting quality and production expectations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Ability to learn and follow production procedures Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Physical stamina and strength to perform job duties Ability to safely work with and around heavy equipment Commitment to workplace safety and quality Must pass background check and drug test 2-3 years of Forklift Experience required Ready to Join the LACOSTA Team?
