Distribution Shift:
1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM The Packer/Dunnage Worker is responsible for separating, sorting, inspecting, and packing dunnage used in automotive distribution operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse position requiring employees to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. Responsibilities include separating and sorting various types of dunnage, inspecting materials for damage or contamination, organizing materials according to established requirements, and properly packing dunnage for shipment or reuse. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, meet productivity expectations, and work effectively as part of a team. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or automotive distribution experience is preferred but not required. Successful candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment. The ability to consistently lift and move materials and maintain productivity throughout the shift is required. BR3
