KorJoy is a growing healthy snack company looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Baker & Food Production Packer at our manufacturing facility ( shared Kitchen ) in Conover, NC . This is a hands-on food production role involving baking, food preparation, packaging, inventory checks, cleaning, and general kitchen operations . The position requires a minimum of 12 hours per week, including preferred weekend availability . Pay & Benefits $15-$18 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Required Job Responsibilities Prepare and bake KorJoy products according to recipes and SOPs. Measure and prepare ingredients accurately. Package, weigh, seal, and label finished products. Perform inventory checks for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Work professionally in a shared commercial kitchen environment . Complete production and inventory records. Assist with general food production and kitchen tasks as needed. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous baking or food production experience. General knowledge of food safety and sanitation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible. Able to follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions. Comfortable working independently and in a shared kitchen. Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, including weekends. Able to stand and work for extended periods and perform periods of sitting as required. Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, packing, and other physical production tasks.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 18.0 per week
