Key Responsibilities:
Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) order pickers efficiently and safely. Utilize departmental operating systems to accurately select parts and fulfill customer orders. Inspect parts for damages, ensuring quality control. Package and label parts for shipment, maintaining organization and accuracy. Sort parts into designated lanes or areas based on printed labels. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies swiftly and effectively. Replenish supplies on assigned PIT or pick carts to ensure smooth workflow. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
Qualifications:
6+ months experience in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial setting Experience operating PIT equipment Knowledge of workflow processes related to inventory and order picking Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. safely. Strong team player with a flexible, motivated attitude. Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Details:
