Packaging Production Associate

We are seeking a Packaging Production Associate with experience in packaging production or a strong willingness to learn. This role supports the manufacturing of custom office supplies and packaging products in a fast-paced production environment. Light lifting is required. Experience in packaging, case-making, or bindery operations is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, mechanically inclined, and brings a strong "can do" attitude to daily production operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and operation of case-making and packaging automation equipment. Ensure gluing systems are operating according to production specifications. Monitor assembly operations for product quality and equipment performance. Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues as they arise. Inspect finished products to ensure exceptional quality standards before transfer to finishing stations. Support team production goals while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and operational procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, bindery, or case-making preferred. Willingness to learn automated packaging and production processes. Ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
