Job Description

Come make cider with us. Saro Cider is a small craft cidery in Lincoln, Nebraska, making cider for people who like their apples a little less predictable. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our production team. You don't need to know everything about cider—we can teach you that. We do need someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, and understands that great cider starts with great attention to detail. What you'll do: Assist with cider production and fermentation Operate and clean production and packaging equipment Bottle and can cider Manage inventory of ingredients and finished product Maintain a clean and organized production area Follow recipes, production procedures and sanitation practices Help with inventory and other day-to-day production needs Learn more about cider making as you grow into the role What we're looking for: Reliable and dependable Comfortable working with your hands Able to learn equipment and follow procedures Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and quality Comfortable lifting and being on your feet during a shift (regularly liftign up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 70 lbs.) Previous manufacturing, food production, brewing, winemaking, restaurant or warehouse experience is helpful— but not required A good attitude and willingness to learn Why Saro? Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
