Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to help with daily packing and order preparation activities. The position involves preparing products for shipment, checking orders, organizing packaging materials, and maintaining an efficient and orderly work area. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous packaging or warehouse experience is not required. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with others, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately. Responsibilities Prepare products and customer orders for packaging Select appropriate boxes, bags, and protective materials Pack products securely according to established procedures Check items and quantities before sealing packages Apply shipping labels and other required markings Sort and stage completed packages for pickup Inspect packaged items for visible damage or packaging issues Unpack and organize incoming supplies and materials Maintain an organized supply of boxes, labels, tape, and packing materials Keep packing stations clean and ready for daily operations Assist with basic inventory counts when needed Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies Follow workplace safety and packaging procedures Help other team members with fulfillment tasks during busy periods Perform additional packaging and warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous packaging or warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately Good organizational skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
