In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and packaging high-quality retail products to ensure timely delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities Pick Orders:
Read order invoices/packing slips to retrieve correct merchandise, bedding, bath items, and household goods from warehouse shelves.
Pack Orders:
Safely package items according to customer specifications, ensuring proper protective materials, tissue paper, and labeling are used.
Quality Control:
Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities prior to final packing.
Inventory Handling:
Assist with unpacking stock, staging items, and maintaining clean, organized work aisles and prep stations.
Shipping Prep:
Attach accurate shipping labels and stage completed boxes for carrier pickup.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all warehouse safety standards and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Prior warehouse, picking/packing, order fulfillment, or retail inventory experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic! Attention to

Ability to double-check SKU numbers, item names, and quantities for high order accuracy.
Physical Stamina:
Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30-50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Reliability:

Language Skills:
Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.
