Full-time IWS Group, a leading distribution company in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Picker Packer to join our team. As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications Use hand-held scanners to scan and track inventory Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
