Job Description

About the Role Join our team in Millville, NJ as a Quality Packer C and be an essential part of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical packaging products that support patient health around the world. In this hands-on production role, you will inspect, pack, label, and document finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and company procedures. How You Will Contribute:
Pull samples for hourly audit per packaging specification sheet/work instructions. Visual inspection and packing of vials into customer configurations. Writing reject stickers for modules with non-conforming ware and alerting auditor of non-conforming ware. Communicating any trends of defects, visual or dimensional to operator, QA Auditor, and Shift Supervisor in a timely manner. Shrinking of modules as according to SOP. Applying all specified module labels in accordance with specification sheets and article. Accurately maintain and post hourly packer count sheet for production purposes. Wear all PPE and required clear room smocks, gloves, hairnets, etc. Commit to meeting the customer requirements. Promote continuous improvement in everything we do. Follow all applicable EHS policies and procedures Participate in continuous improvements activities as needed Follow the 4 C's outlined in the company policy

Starting Salary:
$17.83/hour Eligible for shift differential (dependent upon shift worked) Eligible for quarterly bonuses (up to $700/quarter)
