As a Production Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Operate multiple injection molding machines following written instructions and visual management tools Conduct quality inspections based on specific guidelines to ensure product standards Monitor machine operations to detect and address malfunctions promptly Complete logs, data input, and perform hourly checks and downtime documentation accurately Assemble gaylord boxes for storage and transportation of finished products What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly Willingness to follow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal departments Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality What's in it for me?
