Job Description

Fiesta Meats LLC is a USDA-inspected meat processing facility specializing in beef, pork, lamb, and wild game. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Cutter / Butcher / Packing Associate to join our team. This position involves meat processing, cutting, trimming, packaging, and maintaining USDA food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Cut, trim, and portion meat products (beef, pork, lamb, and wild game) Package and label products accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with USDA regulations Operate meat processing equipment safely Assist with inventory and product handling Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols Qualifications Meat cutting or butcher experience preferred (not required) Willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Reliable and team-oriented
Pay:
$14.50 - $16.50 per hour
