$15.00/hour to start About Keyport Keyport designs and builds modular EDC (everyday carry) tools: key organizers, keychain multitools, and accessories used by people who care about precision and durability. Our production floor is where that reputation gets made or lost, one unit at a time. What You'll Do Perform quality control inspection on components and finished goods Assemble products to spec Check in incoming inventory and verify against purchase orders/packing slips Support order fulfillment (pick, pack, prep for ship) Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English Attention to detail - non-negotiable. You catch what others miss. Discipline to follow the documented process as written before proposing changes. We standardize first, improve second. If you see a better way, raise it, after you've run it our way. Reliable, consistent attendance Comfort with repetitive, precise work across QC, assembly, testing, and packaging Hand dexterity a plus - you'll be working with small parts and tight tolerances Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive hand motion for extended periods Ability to stand for the duration of a shift Work Environment & Conditions On-site at our Las Vegas facility. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Closed-toe shoes required at all times on the production floor.
