- Honesty builds trust with our team and our community About the Role As an Online Fulfillment Specialist at our licensed North Las Vegas cannabis dispensary, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and compliant orders.
This position is responsible for pulling and preparing online orders for in-store pick-up, curbside service, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of Nevada cannabis regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Process online orders through our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Pick products from inventory based on order details, verifying each item matches the customer's selection. Inspect and package orders in accordance with Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) guidelines, including proper labeling, exit packaging, and customer purchase limits.
Organize fulfilled orders by method:
in-store pickup, curbside, or delivery, ensuring proper handoff to front-of-house or delivery staff. Verify IDs and age requirements per NRS 453 and dispensary protocols for curbside interactions. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, inventory staff, and budtenders to maintain workflow and minimize delays. Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant fulfillment area. Accurately log fulfilled orders and flag any discrepancies or issues to management. Assist with inventory audits, restocking, and compliance logs as needed. Stay up to date with Nevada cannabis regulations and dispensary SOPs (standard operating procedures). Requirements Previous experience in retail, cannabis, warehouse fulfillment, or related field preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID. Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Cannabis Agent Card (registered through the Cannabis Compliance Board). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working with POS systems, inventory tools, and order-tracking software. Knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods is a plus (training provided). Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily order quotas. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
