Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Summary We are currently hiring Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team at Bella + Canvas | alo yoga. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick products and merchandise accurately according to orders. Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment. Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory. Verify product quantities, sizes, styles, and order information. Label and organize packages for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies. Meet productivity and quality standards. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred. RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Dress Code Closed-toe athletic shoes or sneakers required. Comfortable clothing appropriate for warehouse work.
