Compensation Base Pay:

$20.00/hour

Attendance Bonus:

Up to $80/week

Quality Bonus:

$40/week (current program)

Referral Bonus:

Up to $750 Temp-to-Hire Opportunity ? Schedule Monday - Thursday 4:00 AM - 5:30:00 PM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! ?? Work Environment This position is located in a temperature-controlled cold storage facility maintained at approximately 38°F .

The client provides:

? High-visibility safety vest ? Protective gloves for handling dry ice Employees should: Dress in warm layers Wear insulated footwear Be comfortable standing for extended periods ? Job Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately Prepare shipments in accordance with cold-chain requirements Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice Verify product quantities and order accuracy Apply shipping labels and documentation Meet daily productivity goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with inventory and restocking as needed Follow all company safety, food safety, and OSHA guidelines ? Qualifications Ability to work in a cold storage environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
