Job Description:
Production Associate Job Responsibilities :
Assembly of Metal sprayers and packing sprayers from the machines. Training provided for all production areas. No production experience necessary.
Production Associate Specific Skills Needed :
The ideal candidate will be able to attend to machines, remove parts, trim and pack product and perform secondary operations as well as other duties in the department as required. Some hand assembly is required for certain models. Must be quality-conscious and able to work independently.
JOB SUMMARY
: Trimmer/Packer is responsible to perform all operations necessary from the molding of the plastic bottles to packing them into boxes.
The following operations are included:
1. Remove bottles as they are produced in the blow molder. Trim all flash from around the sides and top of the bottles. Must maintain speed to keep up with molder and quality of trim consistent with requirements. 2. Check bottles as they are produced for contamination, warp, flat spots, knife cuts, color inconsistencies, etc. 3. Drill hole for outlet tube and relief valve. Place trimmed bottle in cold tank 4. Remove bottles from cold tans and insert siphon tube and relief valve, starting by hand and tightening with air gun. 5. Packing line operations—checking job orders to ensure that necessary components are included. Assembling bottles with all components required on job order. Packing bottles into boxes or with other packaging. 6. Must be aware of safety issues in every operation. 7. Trimmer/packers are responsible for quality on all operations. Bottles are assembled and packed to be opened by final consumer. Quality audits are required at specific intervals. 8. Proficiency on all sub-assembly operations is required.

1. Must have very good eye-hand coordination. 2. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment 3. Must be able to maintain quality and safety in all operations. 4.
