Job Description

Overview Title:
Packer Compensation:
$16.75/hr
Employment Type:
Full-Time - Temporary Packer is responsible for the production and/or packaging of a variety of products. Responsibilities
  • Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting
  • Retrieve proper box from storage area
  • Ensure box count meets the standard for the customer
  • Label box accordingly by customer
  • Load box on pallet ensuring pallet contains only one part number
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Perform related duties as required by supervision
  • Execute and document quality inspections per SOPDuties and Responsibilities listed above are required however not limited to the job operation.

Must be comfortable wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the production floor or in any area where PPE is required. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Must be able to perform all duties in a facilities environment that includes exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, inclement weather conditions, airborne particles, vibration, and hazardous materials.
  • May require standing for long periods of time, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
