This role involves selecting fresh flowers and carefully packing them for distribution, ensuring high-quality products reach our customers. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Carefully select and pick fresh flowers from designated fields or growing areas according to quality standards. Pack flowers into appropriate containers or boxes, ensuring they are protected during transit. Sort flowers based on size, color, and quality to meet packaging specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Assist with loading and unloading supplies or finished products as needed. Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to preserve flower quality and ensure personal safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual tasks efficiently. Reliable transportation is preferred due to the location of the work site.
