Packer:

Inspect and pack paper food packaging products according to production schedules Assemble, label, and prepare boxes for shipment, ensuring accurate counts and quality Monitor product quality, remove defective items, and communicate issues to senior staff Maintain cleanliness of work area and assist with end-of-shift cleaning tasks Replenish packaging supplies and assist teammates to cover multiple machines Follow food safety and workplace safety policies at all times Your skills and experience: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Attention to detail for quality inspections and accurate packing Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with coworkers and technicians Basic math skills for counting and labeling products Comfort with cleaning tasks and use of personal protective equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What you can expect from
