Cincinnati, OH Picker/Packer Requirements/Qualifications Ability to consistently lift and pack items weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work. Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift. Exceptional attendance and punctuality required. Must have dependable transportation. Ability to perform repetitive packing tasks while maintaining accuracy. About the Picker/Packer Role As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include: Pick and pack automotive parts for shipment. Box automotive parts according to assigned packing requirements. Perform LTL or bulk packing duties based on the assigned position. Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Prepare packed products for shipping. Maintain accuracy while completing repetitive packing tasks. Follow established warehouse procedures and packing instructions.
