Job Summary Assemble components into sub‑assemblies and finished goods per shop order while following ISO standards, safety requirements, and housekeeping expectations. Roles & Responsibilities Build components per print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts. Use hand tools and pneumatic tools. Read tape measure and complete required paperwork. Maintain production standards and work at various stations as needed. Inspect products and perform rework when required. Complete all documentation associated with the operation. Train new employees when assigned. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands/fingers to handle tools and materials. Regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35 lbs. Ability to maintain close, distance, and peripheral vision, with ability to adjust focus.
