Spherion, in partnership with Sekisui, is seeking dedicated Inspectors/Packers to join their team. This role supports production and ensures high-quality standards across all tasks. If you are thorough, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today! Schedule is 6AM to 6:30PM or 6:00PM to 6:30AM

Days vary depending on schedule but usually a Monday-Thursday schedule

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections of products to verify conformance with specifications.

Operate machinery, attach labels, and pack finished goods into correct packages.

Complete production reports and maintain organized, clean work areas following 6S standards.

Conduct routine equipment checks and promptly report mechanical or material issues.

Utilize various measurement tools to ensure quality control.

Qualifications:
