Qualifications Moving Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and distributes products by location.
Essential Functions:
Matches product SKU numbers accordingly to the scanner to ensure pick accuracy Ensures the quality of the part within acceptable parameters, ships no damaged product Utilizes creates and or pallets to organize product for shipment
Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
Able to perform tasks accurately Must be detail-oriented Responsible for maintaining familiarity and knowledge of company product line locations and priorities regarding outgoing orders Strong organizational skills and flexibility Self-motivated and customer service driven attitude Able to stay organized and on task Able to use scanners in conjunction with the packing process Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's Handbooks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy Must have considerable mobility, and be able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time
