Job Description

Structure Personnel is assisting our Client in finding a very detail oriented person to join their quality assurance team as a QC Inspector, Solutionist, Packer, Gerber Operator or an RF Welder at their Sharon Center facility, working on the first shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure that their products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. As a QC Inspector, you will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to excellence by inspecting, measuring, and verifying components and finished goods. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to quality will help uphold our reputation for manufacturing superior products that meet rigorous industry standards. This is a first shift position starting at $16.00 an hour. The shift time is 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to verify product specifications align with engineering drawings and blueprints. Utilize vision inspection systems and other advanced quality control tools to identify defects or inconsistencies in manufactured items. Interpret manufacturing documentation, including mechanical blueprints, production records, and quality standards in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and HACCP protocols. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory standards. Collect data systematically during inspections for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and support root cause analysis efforts. Skills Extensive knowledge of calibration and use of precision measurement instruments .. Strong understanding of ISO standards including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, and regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments. Experience performing quality audits and analyzing inspection data to ensure adherence to quality management systems. Familiarity with measurement techniques including GD&T principles for precise dimensional analysis. Ability to interpret manufacturing documents and production records effectively. Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, and other industry-specific compliance standards. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent analysis skills for identifying deviations from quality standards. Experience working within manufacturing environments focused on quality assurance or QA/QC roles. Able to lift and maneuver weighted devices Clean Criminal Background
