This is a full-time daytime position with a consistent four-day schedule: Monday through Thursday, from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can stay focused while completing repetitive tasks. Previous cannabis experience is helpful, but we are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, willing to learn, and committed to producing quality work as part of a team. About White Label Extracts White Label Extracts (WLE) is a locally owned and operated Oregon cannabis company with over 12 years of in the industry. What You'll Do As a Cannabis Packaging Specialist, you will package cannabis extract products in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Accurately weighing, filling, and packaging cannabis extract products Placing products into the correct containers and applying compliant labels Inspecting finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation Recording packaging and production information Meeting daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality Cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, tools, equipment, and processing areas Loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies Preparing completed products for delivery Following company procedures and applicable cannabis regulations Assisting with other production and packaging duties as needed Because accuracy and compliance are essential in the cannabis industry, you must be able to follow instructions carefully and maintain consistent quality throughout a 10-hour shift. You will work both independently and alongside other members of the packaging and production teams. What We're Looking For Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. You must also be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings and remain compliant with applicable state regulations and company policies. The right person for this position communicates well with supervisors and coworkers, adapts to changes in procedures, and manages time effectively without sacrificing accuracy. This role involves repetitive work, so you must be comfortable performing similar tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus, efficiency, and attention to detail. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Our production workspace is maintained between approximately 61 and 63 degrees. Employees must follow sanitation and dress requirements, including wearing a company-provided smock. Hair must be securely tied back or covered by a permitted hat, and beard nets are required when applicable. This position requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods, maintain close visual focus, and repeatedly use the arms, hands, and fingers to fill, cut, label, and handle small items.
