Job Description

As a Packager, responsible for ensuring that finished label products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for inventory and shipment. Working closely with Rewind Operators to manage the flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, replenishing raw materials, and ensuring accurate documentation and inventory handling. Daily responsibilities will include retrieving master rolls from the Press Department and staging them for Rewind operations, assembling and preparing packaging materials, and carefully placing finished rolls into cartons. This position will be responsible for sealing, labeling, and stacking cartons onto pallets, labeling and weighing completed tickets, and transporting them to the warehouse area. In addition to packaging duties, it will support production by replenishing raw materials at Rewind stations using a pallet jack and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Accurate completion of paperwork and adherence to safety and quality procedures are essential parts of this role. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
