Packaging & Production Support Associate Standard Mfg| Portland, OR Job Summary Standard - Mfg is a licensed Oregon cannabis wholesaler and processor seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Production Support Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on work in packaging , pre-roll knock box operations , and infusion support within a regulated cannabis production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based setting while following state compliance and safety requirements.

Responsibilities Packaging:

Package and label finished cannabis products in accordance with Oregon compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality standards

Knock Box:

Perform pre-roll knock box operations , including preparation, monitoring, and quality checks to ensure proper fill and consistency

Infusion:

Assist with infusion-related production tasks , including material preparation, handling, and support under supervision Support general production and assembly of finished goods Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Conduct routine quality checks for weight, appearance, and compliance Maintain cleanliness and organization of all production work areas Accurately track product counts and report discrepancies Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures Collaborate with production leads and team members to meet daily output goals Qualifications Prior experience in production, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency Strong attention to detail and accountability for your work Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed Dependable attendance and punctuality Must be 21+ years of age Must be eligible to work in Oregon OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required or willingness to obtain Work Environment In-person role at our Portland, OR facility Regulated cannabis manufacturing environment Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
