Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Inserter/Kitter to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling, packaging, and preparing finishing components to complete product orders while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities The candidate must review the pinksheet to establish which finishing components are needed to complete the product order. The required finishing components span a wide variety of items, such as calendars, magnets, velcro, first aid kits, adhesive business card pockets, direction cards, pens, and more. They must also look over the final products quality.

Key Role Details and Expectations:

Language requirements: Spanish is required at minimum; English proficiency is not a requirement but nice to have.

Physical requirements:

The role is primarily seated throughout the day, but the candidate must be capable of moving 20-pound boxes from their workspace to the pickup pallet several times a day.
