Picker/Packer Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing surgical instruments to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in a warehouse environment. Duties Carefully pick surgical instruments from inventory based on order specifications Pack surgical instruments securely to prevent damage during transit Ensure all products are correctly labeled and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and handling procedures specific to medical equipment Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Operate packing equipment and tools safely and effectively Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Qualifications Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations preferred but not required Attention to detail and accuracy in handling delicate surgical instruments Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling medical or fragile equipment is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safe handling of surgical instruments while working in a dynamic warehouse setting.
