Full-time:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours may vary) Occasional Saturday half-days as needed: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable & energetic Meat Packaging Associate to join our team. This position includes responsibilities of packaging meat products and various production support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. However, previous production, meat preparation, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Package meat products accurately and efficiently according to company standards Maintain organized production area Operate a variety of production line equipment and machinery confidently and safely Maintain production schedules in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Wear all required safety equipment while performing job duties Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production Perform general cleaning duties as needed per USDA requirements Qualifications Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable performing repetitive motions throughout the workday Basic math skills English proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking) Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 45°F to 60°F Frequent walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the shift Experience Prior production, meat preparation or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Training will be provided for qualified candidates

From $17.00 per hour
