Responsibilities Utilize barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting, loading, unloading, and stacking goods while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Manage inventory through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy Assist in shipping & receiving processes by loading/unloading trucks and verifying inbound/outbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, packing items securely, and performing quality control checks Follow safety procedures diligently during all warehouse operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math skills for order calculations Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocol adherence Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and quality control Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment Join us in delivering exceptional service through precise order fulfillment!
