Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction by delivering precise orders on time. Duties Use RF scanners and barcode systems to accurately pick items according to order specifications. Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse management system to ensure optimal storage and easy retrieval. Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the process. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming stock against purchase orders and updating inventory management systems accordingly. Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting hazards promptly. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, stock replenishment, shipping & receiving, and quality control. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing heavy or bulky items. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments is preferred. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper use of PPE at all times.
