We are urgently seeking energetic and dependable Entry-Level Production Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Brownsville, TX. In this active role, you will be responsible for unstacking materials, packing finished goods, and performing basic speed testing to keep the production line moving efficiently. No machine operation experience required-we will train you!

Responsibilities:
Unstacking & Material Handling:

Carefully unstack raw materials and components from pallets to feed the production line.

Packing & Staging:

Neatly package finished products into boxes, secure containers, and prepare items for storage or shipment.

Speed & Quality Testing:

Perform simple, fast-paced visual inspections and routine speed tests to ensure products meet quality standards before packing.

Assembly Line Support:

Assist team members across the production floor to maintain steady workflow and avoid bottlenecks.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow safety rules and keep your work station clean and organized throughout your shift.

Working hours:

6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or fast-paced production environment (a plus, but not required!). ... Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications:
Education:

Must possess a High School Diploma (HSD) or GED equivalent.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and doing continuous physical work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment.

Reliability:

Outstanding attendance record, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Teamwork:

Positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
