Job Description

Position Summary West Caddo Creek Farms, LLC is looking for a dependable Packaging Assistant to help with daily product preparation and packaging activities. This entry-level role supports the team by preparing materials, assembling packages, checking finished products, and keeping the work area organized. The position involves hands-on work in a farm and production environment with a focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and consistent workflow. Training will be provided on company procedures and packaging methods. Responsibilities Prepare products and packaging materials for daily production Assemble boxes, bags, containers, labels, and other packaging supplies Package products according to established instructions and quality standards Check packaged items for correct quantity, labeling, and overall condition Weigh, count, sort, or measure products and materials as needed Apply labels and prepare finished packages for storage, pickup, or delivery Keep packaging materials organized and notify the team when supplies are running low Maintain a clean and orderly packaging and work area Assist with moving packaged products and materials to designated locations Report damaged products, packaging issues, or missing materials to a supervisor Follow workplace safety, cleanliness, and handling procedures Assist with other routine farm and packaging tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Good organizational skills Reliable and consistent work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle packages or materials during the workday No previous experience required; training provided Benefits On-the-job training Supportive team environment Hands-on experience in packaging and production operations Opportunity to develop practical workplace skills Opportunities for growth within the company
Pay:
$22.20 - $23.20 per hour
