Job Summary The Offloader is responsible for safely removing finished products and materials from manufacturing equipment, inspecting products for quality, and moving materials to designated staging or storage areas. This position supports production operations by maintaining workflow efficiency, following safety procedures, and ensuring materials are handled and documented accurately. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Remove finished products, components, and materials from manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Stack, sort, label, and prepare materials for the next stage of production, packaging, or shipment. Transport materials to designated storage, staging, or production areas using appropriate equipment. Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage. Support machine operators by maintaining a steady flow of materials and removing completed products promptly. Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleanup as directed. Monitor production flow and communicate any issues that may impact productivity. Maintain an organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency. Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Report on quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays to supervisors. Follow established quality standards and work instructions. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with all company policies regarding quality, safety, and attendance. Accurately complete required production documentation and material tracking records. Assist with inventory counts and material verification as needed. Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the work shift. Ability to frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production demands.
