Job Title:
Shipper Packer Schedule:
Monday to Friday Night Shift /
Second Shift:
3:30pm - 12am(midnight) Potential for
Saturday Overtime Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Shipper Packers in Lancaster, Texas with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude.
Duties:
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to pharmacy standards and federal guidelines. Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items. Verify shipment contents against invoices, bills of lading, or storage receipts. Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and compliance with order specifications. Record reasons for returns and report discrepancies or quality issues. Utilize shipping software and data entry systems to track inventory and communicate updates. Unload, unpack, and deliver incoming inventory to designated areas. Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and process improvement activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Job Requirements:
Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs. Stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift. Use hands to handle materials and operate equipment.
Specific vision abilities required:
distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
Qualifications:
Language and Reasoning Skills:
Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak). Ability to understand safety rules, operating procedures, and written instructions. Able to write routine reports and interpret shipping documentation.

Pay:
$20.16 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
