Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Candy Packer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging finished candy products efficiently while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Package finished candy products into bags, boxes, and other containers Label products accurately following company and regulatory requirements Inspect products for quality, consistency, and appearance Maintain a clean and organized packaging area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines Assist with preparing packaging materials and supplies Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Report any product or equipment issues to supervisor May also be working to assemble confections

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs Dependable and punctual Previous food production or packaging experience preferred (not required)

Work Environment:

Food production facility (may be warm/cool depending on area) Standing, repetitive tasks throughout shift Team-based work environment

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
